Hi, I’m Nancy—web designer, strategist, avid crime fiction reader, mum to Ellie, step-mum to Emily and Tom, partner to Martin (a critical care paramedic)… and your biggest cheerleader when it comes to creating a website that truly reflects you.
I started Peak Net Web Design over 15 years ago - not just because I love creating beautiful websites (I do!) - but because I needed a new way to live and work.
After years in high-pressure management roles leading software implementation and training for large Government and NHS projects, and running a new tech start-up - I hit a turning point. When I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, I realised I couldn’t keep up with the relentless pace and expectations of that world.
I needed flexibility, purpose, and a business that worked with my energy (and slightly faulty body) - not against it.
So I built it. And now, I help other women do the same.

Mission
I know what it’s like to juggle a full, demanding life - navigating illness, raising a young family, caring for elderly parents, and running a business. It’s a lot. I’ve lived it!
