It's easy to underestimate the significance of routinely checking and updating your Wix website once it has gone live and is "out there"! An essential element for a thriving website is to ensure that it is regularly updated with new and relevant content that will ensure your site is looking its best, relevant to the user and will help improve your SEO and Google rankings.

With this in mind I've built and evolved our Peak Care Website Maintenance Plans over the years to cater to small businesses who need and want a good website that is up to date and SEO optimised but who don't have the time and/or skills to do it themselves.

You can use your Peak Care Website Maintenance Plan for a range of Wix website edits including, but not limited to, the following services:

  • Making sure your content is always up to date - adding written content, images edits and updates

  • Expand what you offer - add new web pages, services or products

  • SEO related updates - ensure that the site is technically correct for Google indexing

  • Add new content - such as blog posts

  • Monthly website check ups - each month I can proactively check for any design or technical issues, SEO issues, and more to make sure your website is working properly and your business has a great online presence.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is Peak Web Care?
    A Peak Care Maintenance Plan allows for minor website maintenance to pages over an agreed period of time at an agreed price based on the package that you choose: Peak Care Bronze, Peak Care Silver and Peak Care Gold. The plan is purchased online and will be charged via your chosen payment method on a subscription basis on a rolling monthly basis until cancelled by you.
  • What can I use my Peak Web Care plan for?
    You can pretty much use your Peak Web Care allowance for any updates to your website including but not limited to: Updating website content (links, words & images) Page layout amendments (with written content provided by you) New pages (with written content provided by you) Blog post creation (with written content provided by you) SEO updates Strategy chats and planning
  • What sort of websites do you support?
    The Peak Care products are only suitable for Wix websites built using the standard Wix Editor. Editor X and Studio websites are not supported at the moment. Wordpress and sites built on other platforms are not supported.
  • Can you update a website that someone else has built?
    Yes! No problem! You will need to provide me with access to your Wix website using "Roles & Permissions" - you then retain control of your website whilst granting me access to make amendments to it. Further information and instructions will be provided when you purchase your plan.
  • What if I DON'T use all my hours each month?
    Your Peak Web Care package determines how many hours of maintenance time you get per month. Any hours not used will be rolled over to the following month for a maximum of 3 months. Refunds are not provided for unused time.
  • What if I DO use all my hours?
    Your Peak Web Care package determines how many hours of maintenance time you get per month. If you reach the limit permitted with your plan you will be entitled to an agreed discount (5%) off our normal hourly price. If this is likely to be on an ongoing basis we will, together, review your plan and support requirements and determine the most economical way forward for you.
  • Am I trapped in a contract?
    No you can cancel at any time. It is your responsibility to advise if you wish to cancel your plan. There are no refunds for unused time.
