How to Decide What Kind of Website Help You Need
If you’re thinking about creating or updating your website, you might be wondering:
Should I do it myself… or hire someone to help?
It’s a common dilemma especially for micro and small business owners. Maybe you’ve had a go at DIY, or maybe you’re worried about the cost of hiring someone.
Either way, the choice depends on a few key factors: your time, your budget, your confidence, and your goals.
Let’s break it down...
The DIY Route
DIY can be a great option if:
You’re just starting out and need to keep costs down
You enjoy learning new tools like Wix
You have time to experiment
You’re confident writing your own content

You’ve DIY-ed before and felt stuck, lost, or underwhelmed

Done-for-you works best when you’re ready to elevate your brand, attract more clients, and want expert support to make it happen and don't have the time or energy to figure out how to use the platform you've chosen.
The Hybrid Option (aka the middle ground)
